Is a dedicated PC required for Magnify Call Accounting Pro?
No. Many managers install Magnify Call Accounting Pro on their normal work PC.
What help is available for installing and configuring Magnify Call Accounting Pro?
We will be happy to help you install and configure Magnify Call Accounting Pro at no charge. In some cases, you may need some additional help from your phone system vendor so that any needed configuration changes on the phone system side can be completed.
What phone system models are supported?
We regularly update the phone system models that Magnify Call Accounting Pro supports; the best way to check is to download a trial of Magnify Call Accounting Pro. In the setup screen, the current brands/models supported are listed and when you select one, detailed instructions for setup are shown.

Please note that Magnify does not support, and has no plans to support, call data from phone systems that use a serial port. Most modern phone systems have an option to output call data via Ethernet on your company LAN or make it available for download, and this is what our software supports.
Does the Magnify sofware need to be running all the time to collect call data?
No. Magnify features a call data collector that runs as a Windows service in the background. As long as the PC is turned on, call data will be collected (you do not even have to be logged into the PC).

Magnify Pro has the ability to track the following data (note that not all data tracked by Magnify is output by every telephone system; please inquire if you have any questions about your specific phone system, or download a trial of Magnify Call Accounting Pro).

Can I schedule reports to automatically be emailed?
Yes! You can schedule any report to run at the times and frequencies you choose. You can easily choose the report file format (PDF, Excel, etc.) and specify one or more email addresses to which the report will be emailed. There is no limit to the number of reports you can schedule.

Magnify Call Accounting Pro features a variety of built-in charts, but you can also design your own. You can combine the data in countless ways via a drag-and-drop interface. You can also customize the chart type (bar, line, pie, etc.) and the color palette to suit you. Saving the chart for later reuse is easy.

What is a Pivot Table?
A pivot table is a data summarization tool found in data visualization programs such as spreadsheets or business intelligence software like Magnify Call Accounting Pro. Among other functions, a pivot table can automatically sort, count totals or give the average of the data stored.
Magnify Call Accounting Pro features a variety of built-in pivot table definitions to get you started, but you can also design your own. You can combine the data in countless ways via a drag-and-drop interface. Saving the pivot table definition for later reuse is easy.

How do I uninstall the software?
The software can be uninstalled by navigating to the Control Panel in Windows, and selecting it from the Programs and Features applet (Add/Remove Programs if using Windows XP). From there, click the Uninstall or Remove button.
